What BareFlag is

What BareFlag isn't
BareFlag is not:
- A medical device, clinical diagnostic tool, or mental health treatment
- A substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or legal advice
- A definitive determination of abuse, manipulation, or personality disorder
- Admissible legal evidence
- A crisis intervention service
Appropriate use
You agree to use BareFlag:
- For personal reflection and education
- On your own communications or communications you have a legitimate reason to analyze
- Not to publicly accuse, name, or harass any individual based on an analysis result
- Not to submit content that violates any person's privacy rights

Limitation of liability
BareFlag's analysis is based on published psychology research but is generated by an AI system and may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations. Results shouldn't be treated as definitive.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BareFlag and its operators aren't liable for any decisions you make based on the tool's output, including but not limited to decisions about relationships, legal matters, or mental health.

All analysis is generated by an AI system. No human clinician reviews submissions. Research citations are sourced from the tool's reference corpus but should be independently verified for critical decisions.

We may update these terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
